I just wanted to take a few minutes to Thank You for the exceptional customer service that you provided in the purchase of my mother's (...) 2006 Mitsubishi Outlander. Not once did she feel pressured into purchasing, and great care was given to her financial needs. The sales process was very well explained and she is extremely satisfied with her purchase and looks forward to doing future business with you and Country Club Imports. Working many years as a manager in Customer Service and Support for Bank of America I can appreciate going above and beyond for a customer and doing the right thing, and just feel you deserve this recognition.
